Tuition and Program Fees

As institutions around the world determine program costs at different times, it is difficult for EA to provide actual cost information until shortly before the beginning of a program. You are encouraged to consult this document on a regular basis as it is frequently updated with the most current cost information and billing information available.

Program costs are estimates and subject to change up to the program commitment deadline. If Penn State tuition rates are adjusted for summer, then the education abroad program fee may be adjusted.

Students are assessed the standard University Park Penn State Tuition & Technology Fee, Education Abroad Administrative Fee, and an Education Abroad Program Fee.

The program fee includes:
  • Program related transportation within the Netherlands
  • Admission to museums
  • Lodging
  • Some field trips
Non-PA residents participating on this program will be credited an amount in the Beginning Balance of their semester bills which when subtracted from the Non-PA tuition rate reflects a net tuition equal to the established PA resident tuition rate.

Please visit the billing section of our website for additional details.

Non-Pennsylvania residents participating in this program will be credited an amount in the beginning balance of their semester bills which, when subtracted from the non-Pennsylvania tuition rate, reflects a net tuition equal to the established Pennsylvania resident tuition rate.

Program Withdrawal Policy
