You are encouraged to consult this document on a regular basis as it is frequently updated with the most current cost information and billing information available.
Program costs are estimates and subject to change up to the program commitment deadline. If Penn State tuition rates are adjusted for summer, than the education abroad program fee may be adjusted.
Students are assessed the standard University Park Penn State Tuition & Technology Fee, Education Abroad Administrative Fee, and an Education Abroad Program Fee.
Non-PA residents participating on this program will be credited an amount in the Beginning Balance of their semester bills which when subtracted from the Non-PA tuition rate reflects a net tuition equal to the established PA resident tuition rate.
Education Abroad makes every attempt at keeping the program and administrative costs to a minimum. However, when you commit to participating in a program, Education Abroad begins to make financial commitments on your behalf. In case of withdrawal, the following fees will be charged to your Bursar account
Following the start of the summer semester, any adjustment of tuition charges will be made according to the Tuition Adjustment Schedule as determined by the Office of the Bursar. More information can be found on the University Senate Policy on Withdrawal and Leave of Absence.
